Pool & Deck
 The
extra large pool
deck has a full size
dining table and
chairs, and there is
ample room for
sunbathing or
sitting in the
shade. In addition
to seating for 10
around the table
there are 4
sunloungers, while
two of the dining
chairs are recliners
with ottomans. All
patio furniture has
luxury padded
cushions.
The pool benefits
from a salt-water
system, which means
no harsh chlorine to
dry your skin, and
bleach your hair and
swimsuits. The water
is the same salinity
as your tears, so no
more red eyes, and
the water is so soft
that it actually
benefits your skin.
The pool can be
heated for the
winter months. The
large garden has a
lawn and flowering
shrubs - part of the
rear garden is a
conservation area
for nesting Scrub
Jays.
Conservation
The villa is built
on the edge of a
conservation area
for the protected
Scrub Jays. These
delightful birds
nest in the trees
all around. The part
of the garden behind
the pool is
protected for them,
as is the area of
land to the right of
the villa. Being
situated at the end
of a sandy lane
means there will
never be traffic
passing the door,
and you will be able
to enjoy the natural
surroundings which
make this part of
Florida so unique.
You may be lucky
enough to see some
of the gopher
turtles in the
garden along with
squirrels, and some
of the other
beautiful
sub-tropical birds,
which abound. It is
sometimes hard to
believe that from
this haven you are
just minutes from
great shops and
restaurants. All
this and the beach
too - truly a
'one-of-a-kind'
holiday experience.
Bicycles are
provided for your
enjoyment, as there
are many quiet lanes
to explore. (Nothing
too energetic as the
surrounding area is
pretty level!).

The large Family
room has a tropical
theme, with
comfortable
upholstered
furniture, 52" TV,
and a breakfast bar
adjoining the
dining-kitchen.
Lounge
The lovely lounge
acts as a quiet
retreat from the
more informal
atmosphere and TV in
the family room.
This room has patio
doors opening onto
the pool deck as
well as a view of
the front garden.

The formal
dining-room has a
view of the front
garden and
comfortably seats 8
people.

Room
Catering is made
easy by the fully
equipped kitchen
which has a large
stove with self
cleaning oven,
microwave oven,
fridge/freezer with
icemaker, dishwasher
and waste disposal
unit. There is also
a plentiful supply
of cutlery,
crockery, cooking
utensils and
glasses.
The Breakfast
nook
is next to the
kitchen and there's both a
breakfast bar and a
dining table and
chairs.
Laundry
The laundry contains the full
size washing machine
and tumble drier
plus a laundry
basket, iron and
ironing board.

has a king size bed,
walk-in closet and a
huge, luxurious
en-suite bathroom,
with his 'n' hers

sleeping arrangements.
